Cardio, Stretch and Strength (45 minutes)

• What we do:

  1. Quick cardio bursts (think skater hops, high-knee circuits) to get blood pumping.

  2. Resistance band and kettlebell drills to tone arms, legs, and glutes.

  3. A soothing stretch-and-release cooldown so you feel limber, not locked up.
    • What to bring: Matand water.
    • Why you’ll love it: Perfect if you crave results in under an hour—cardio, strength, and flexibility rolled into one dynamic session.

Club Power Flow

• What we do: A nonstop Vinyasa-style sequence—link warrior to plank to crescent with smooth transitions. We’ll play with balance, core challenges, and upper-body strength (hello, chaturanga!).

• What to bring: Mat, a small towel (for grip when you sweat), and plenty of water.

• Why you’ll love it: Builds stamina, muscles, and a focused mind. You’ll leave energized, with a satisfying mix of cardio-style intensity and yogic mindfulness.

• What we do: Gentle, steady flows and long holds so you can notice alignment and breath. Each posture gets a little attention, which helps your muscles learn to open and strengthen in the right spots.

• What to bring: Yoga mat (essential!), a block or two (helpful for reaching the ground), a strap or belt (to ease into deeper stretches), and a folded blanket or bolster (for cozy support in seated poses).

• Why you’ll love it: Builds sustainable strength and flexibility without the “rush.” Helps quiet a busy mind, reset your nervous system, and leave you feeling grounded and calm

Hatha Yoga (55 minutes)

Mat Pilates (50 minutes)

• What we do: Classical Pilates repertoire (hundreds, roll-ups, leg circles, planks, teaser prep) with a focus on precision and control. Each movement hones in on core, posture, and balance.

• What to bring: Just your mat (and maybe a small towel for sweat).

• Why you’ll love it: You’ll notice better posture, a stronger midline, and improved awareness of how your body moves in everyday life

Sweat and Surrender: Yang to Yin (55 Minutes)

• What we do:

  1. Yang (first half): Energetic flow to build heat—think Sun Salutations, standing balances, and core-centric moves.

  2. Yin (last half): Long, supported holds on the floor to open hips, spine, and shoulders. Props (blocks, bolsters, blankets) make these stretches deliciously “juicy.”
    • What to bring: Mat and water
    • Why you’ll love it: You work hard, then you melt into stillness. It’s the perfect harmony of strength and deep relaxation.

Sunday Morning Hatha and Social

Slow Sundays were made for this gentle reset—and a chance to mingle over snacks and warm drinks afterward. • What we do:

  • 50 minutes of classic Hatha: mindful breath, steady holds, alignment cues.

  • Post-class, we’ll bring out fresh coffee, tea, light bites (fruit, granola bars, savory nibbles) and open up the space for you to chat with fellow yogis.
    • What to bring:

  • Your mat, any of your favorite props (block/strap/blanket), and an open heart for new friendships.

  • Reusable mug or tumbler if you’ve got one—we’ve got coffee and herbal teas ready!
    • Why you’ll love it:

  • Get grounded for the week ahead, then linger awhile in a relaxed, welcoming vibe.

  • Perfect for new faces and longtime practitioners alike to swap stories, tips, or just enjoy a cozy Sunday morning together

Yoga Sculpt (55 Minutes)

• What we do: Flowing Vinyasa sequences sprinkled with blocks, 1-3 lb dumbbells (or resistance bands), and targeted core work. Expect some pulse holds (burn!), balance challenges, and an upbeat playlist.

• What to bring: Mat, and water bottle.

• Why you’ll love it: Sculpt and tone from head to toe while you still get that signature yoga stretch. It’s sweaty, it’s strong, and it feels amazing.

Hatha and Social Friday

Kick off your weekend with grounding Hatha, then toast to Friday with light adult refreshments and tasty snacks. • What we do:

  • 50 minutes of Hatha flow: focus on breath, joint mobility, calming holds.

  • After savasana, enjoy wine, spritzers, or craft beer (plus mocktail options) paired with charcuterie bites, cheese boards, and sweet treats.
    • What to bring:

  • Mat and any props you love.

  • 19+ event.

  • • Why you’ll love it:

  • Unwind from the week in gentle movement, then connect over great conversation and tasty sips.

  • A stylish, laid-back way to meet like-minded folks and slide seamlessly into weekend mode.

Private Event (Variable Time)

Your studio, your class, your crew—fully customized from flow to refreshments. Ideal for corporate retreats, bachelorettes, girls’ weekends, couples’ getaways, and more.

• What we do:

  • Choose the class style (Hatha, Power Flow, Yoga Sculpt, Mat Pilates, even Sweat & Surrender) and the duration that fits your group.

  • We’ll reserve the studio exclusively for you.

  • Post-class lounge time with snacks and drinks curated to your tastes—think smoothie bowls, gourmet finger foods, mocktails or cocktails, charcuterie, you name it.
